1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Jameis Winston-Quarterback-Florida State

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers need a quarterback and Jameis Winston is the best one available in the 2015 National Football League Draft.

2. Tennessee Titans-Marcus Mariota-Quarterback-Oregon

If the Tennessee Titans do not take Marcus Mariota here, it could be be some time before he hears his named called by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars-Leonard Williams-Defensive Tackle-USC

Some people are calling Leonard Williams the best prospect in the draft and he’ll be a part of the rebuilding process in Jacksonville.

4. Oakland Raiders-Kevin White-Wide Receiver-West Virginia

The Oakland Raiders appear to have their franchise quarterback in place with Derek Carr. Now the Raiders must give Carr a wide receiver to throw the football to.

5. Washington Redskins-Trae Waynes-Cornerback-Michigan State

The Washington Redskins could go in several directions with this pick, but they need to upgrade a secondary that was torched in 2014.

6. New York Jets-Dante Fowler-Defensive End/Outside Linebacker-Florida

If Mariota slips to this slot, don’t be surprised to see the New York Jets take him. But if not, new Jets head coach Todd Bowles will get his hands on another impact player in the front seven.

7. Chicago Bears-Brandon Scherr-Offensive Tackle-Iowa

After trading wide receiver Brandon Marshall to the Jets, the Chicago Bears could go wide receiver here, or they could simply protect their beleaguered quarterback in Jay Cutler.

8. Atlanta Falcons-Danny Shelton-Defensive Tackle-Washington

The Atlanta Falcons have several holes to fill on the defensive side of the football. And a big defensive tackle like Danny Shelton is a good start.

9. New York Giants-Landon Collins-Strong Safety-Alabama

After the knee injury to wide receiver Victor Cruz, the New York Giants could go for wide receiver Amari Cooper. But after losing strong safety Antrel Rolle in free agency, the Giants need an impact player there as well.

10. St. Louis Rams-La’el Collins-Offensive Tackle-LSU

The St. Louis Rams find themselves in a position where they are able to take the best player available.

11. Minnesota Vikings-Amari Cooper-Wide Receiver-Alabama

The Minnesota Vikings parted ways with wide receiver Greg Jennings while also acquiring wide receiver Mike Wallace, but Amari Cooper is too good to pass up on.

12. Cleveland Browns-Andrus Peat-Offensive Tackle-Stanford

The Cleveland Browns could have a pair of bookends at offensive tackle in Andrus Peat who would join veteran Joe Thomas.

13. New Orleans Saints-Vic Beasley-Outside Linebacker-Clemson

The New Orleans Saints have some huge needs and they’ve neglected getting a dominant edge rusher for way too long.

14. Miami Dolphins-DeVante Parker-Wide Receiver-Louisville

Wide receivers Brian Hartline and Mike Wallace are no longer with the Miami Dolphins and it’s time for some new talent in South Florida at the position.

15. San Francisco 49ers-Kevin Johnson-Cornerback-Wake Forest

The San Francisco 49ers are a team that is transition and they also need some depth in the secondary.

16. Houston Texans-Ereck Flowers-Offensive Tackle-Miami

The Houston Texans already possess one of the best running backs in Arian Foster; so why not beef up the offensive line in front of him?

17. San Diego Chargers-Cameron Erving-Center-Florida State

The San Diego Chargers could address the running back position here, or they could go with a sure thing in Cameron Erving.

18. Kansas City Chiefs-Marcus Peters-Cornerback-Washington

The Kansas City Chiefs already have some good edge rushers and now they can sure up their secondary.

19. Cleveland Browns-Jaelen Strong-Wide Receiver-Arizona State

With wide receiver Josh Gordon is suspended for the upcoming season and his days with Cleveland Browns could be numbered as well. Wide receiver Jaelen Strong will develop into a polished wide receiver and a go-to-guy for the Browns.

20. Philadelphia Eagles-Shane Ray-Defensive End/Outside Linebacker-Missouri

I don’t see the Eagles trading up get Mariota and if they stay at this pick, they’ll get themselves a quality edge rusher.

21. Cincinnati Bengals-Randy Gregory-Defensive End/Outside Linebacker-Nebraska

Randy Gregory recently failed a drug test which makes him an ideal candidate for the Cincinnati Bengals.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers-Maxx Williams-Tight End-Minnesota

Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Heath Miller is 32-years old and it’s time look for his replacement in Western Pennsylvania.

23. Detroit Lions-Melvin Gordon-Running Back-Wisconsin

The Detroit Lions parted ways with running back Reggie Bush and who better to replace him than one of the best home run hitters from college a year ago in Melvin Gordon.

24. Arizona Cardinals-Malcolm Brown-Defensive Tackle-Texas

The Arizona Cardinals need some beef on the defensive tackle and Malcolm Brown is tough to move.

25. Carolina Panthers-T.J. Clemmings-Offensive Tackle-Pittsburgh

Under head coach Ron Rivera, the Carolina Panthers love to run the football and T.J. Clemmings will add to the formula.

26. Baltimore Ravens-Jake Fisher-Offensive Tackle-Oregon

Generally under general manager Ozzie Newsome, when the Baltimore Ravens draft a player in the first round of the draft, he’ll be a starter there for the next decade.

27. Dallas Cowboys-Arik Armstead-Defensive Tackle-Oregon

The Dallas Cowboys have one of the best offensive lines in the National Football League and now they can upgrade the other side of the trenches.

28. Denver Broncos-Alvin Dupree-Defensive End-Kentucky

Under new head coach Gary Kubiak, the Denver Broncos will more than likely switch to 3-4 defensive scheme and with that they’ll need some more versatile edge rushers.

29. Indianapolis Colts-Eddie Goldman-Defensive Tackle-Florida State

The Indianapolis Colts are in need of a big nose tackle that will consistently command double and triple teams.

30. Green Bay Packers-Eric Kendricks-Inside Linebacker-UCLA

The Green Bay Packers were so thin at inside linebacker last season that outside linebacker Clay Matthews was forced to change positions.

31. Seattle Seahawks-A.J. Cann-Guard-South Carolina

The Seattle Seahawks are the reigning NFC Champions, but they enter the NFL Draft with multiple needs and could go in several directions with this pick.

32. New England Patriots-Jordan Phillips-Defensive Tackle-Oklahoma

After losing starting cornerbacks Brandon Browner and Darrelle Revis in free agency, the New England Patriots have a need in the secondary, but Jordan Phillips is too good for them to pass on.
